Judging Process
Once the closing date for entries is reached the entries are collated by The Creative Circle and sent to the judges in a voting sheet via email. One judging session is concluded offline by all judges. Then judges submit their completed judging sheets to the Creative Circle, whereupon the results are collated and winners announced. Any issues that are flagged by the judges, e.g. scam work are then addressed with the Chairperson of the Creative Circle.
Only three winners will be picked from all the work submitted and winner will be announced as winner for that specific quarter. Winners for the Digital category will be announced at the same time as all other Creative Circle categories are announced.
The Chairperson of the jury will write a short rationale outlining the overall standard of the entries received, as well as an overview of why the winning entry and second and third place ranked as the leading entries for the quarter.
